Reschedule policy

Thank you for enrolling in one of our courses. The terms and conditions of our Rescheduling Policy are as follows:

Course rescheduling by Shelloak Solutions:

  • If we need to reschedule a course due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participant as much as possible prior to the scheduled course date.
  • If the rescheduled course date is not suitable for the participant, they may request a full refund. Refunds must be requested by sending an email at connect@shelloak.com within 5 days of reschedule notification.
  • If a participant does not attend the rescheduled course or have not requested a refund, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Course rescheduling by a participant:

  • There are no fees associated with rescheduling training if the request is made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled course date.
  • If a participant requests to reschedule their course less than 10 and more than 7 days prior to the scheduled course date, a fee of 10% will be charged
  • No rescheduling is allowed Less than 7 days prior to the date of the original class
  • Please note that any request to attend an upcoming course as part of the rescheduling arrangement should be sent at least 15 days prior to commencement of the upcoming course.
  • Participants are allowed to reschedule their training just one time as per conditions mentioned above.
  • The course must be attended within 6 months of the participant's original sign-up date
  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats
  • Rescheduling request must be made in writing by email to connect@shelloak.com

  • Please note that this policy applies to all our courses unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
