Cancellation policy
We understand that circumstances can arise that may prevent participant from attending a course that you have registered for. To ensure a fair and consistent policy for all our clients, we have established the following course cancellation policy:
Course cancellation by Shelloak Solutions:
If any course is cancelled in the unlikely event such as insufficient participations, inclement weather, instructor illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible. We will offer the option to enroll to a same upcoming course or the same fee amount will be adjusted toward any other course participant may be interested in.
If the rescheduled course date is not suitable for the participant, they may request a full refund. Refunds should be requested by sending an email at connect@shelloak.com within 10 days of the cancellation notification. Refund will be initiated within 10 days of the request.
Course Cancellation by a participant:
If participant cancels registration for more than 10 days prior the course start date, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If participant cancels registration less than 10 days before the course start date, they will not be eligible for a refund.
If participant does not attend a course that they have registered for and have not provided any notice of cancellation, will not be eligible for any refund.

Please note that this policy applies to all our courses unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
